RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Information

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by phone at 802-874-0123, Option 2, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm EST.   Requests for support received outside of normal business hours will be answered the next business day.  Every effort will be made by technical support to resolve the issue on the phone, by email or via remote support.  However, if the problem cannot be solved through troubleshooting and your product is still under warranty, an RMA will be issued.

Do not ship products until you have received an RMA number.

ATTENTION: Any/All RMA returns MUST be shipped with fully completed RMA form accompanying the unit or RMA request will be void.

Please affix a copy of the RMA form to the box and clearly mark the RMA number on the box and the air waybill, as follows:
